Describe any other change which may have affected the stability or operation othe the impounding structure that <br />has occurred: <br />None: With vary sporadic amounts of percipitation in 2015 the pond water level has changed. Pond was only <br />holding run-off coming from winter's snowfalls and fall's rain storms. Sediment levels remains unchanged as well <br />from 2012 with the infrequent amount of precipitation. <br />I certify that the impoundment is being operated and maintained in accordance with the approved Plan.
