(EFCI) has found an error in Item #7, on Page 7, of our application for Bond
Release No. 04 (SL -04), submittal dated January 20, 2016. This item pertains to our request for release of
bond for drilling a replacement water well. Fortunately the well owner reviewed the application and
pointed out that Item #7 mentions drinking water standards for the well water. Private water supplies,
such as the referenced replacement well, are not subject to EPA drinking water standards. The sentence
referring to said standards is irrelevant and therefore has been removed from the application text.
Please find attached 3 copies of revision materials for the SL -04 bond release application as follows:
• Page 7 of the application text, revised 1/29/16
Please contact me if you have any questions or require further information.
Sincerely,
Allen S.
