isk Natural Soda LLC <br />2015 Project Status Report & Annual Plan of Development <br />4.1.4 Wells Associated With the NS Project <br />The following well -field related activities occurred in 2015: Refer to Figure 3 & Figure 4 <br />Plant and Well Location Map. <br />• The 13H Injection well was remediated, the production liner hanger was replaced and <br />a small leak in the intermediate casing was sealed. <br />• The 8H production well pair began production operations in March 2015. <br />• The WSW -3 water supply well began providing water for production in July of 2015. <br />• The WSW -4 water supply well began providing water for production in March of 2015. <br />• Four antiquated monitor wells were plugged and abandoned in August 2015. <br />• The 90-1 water supply well was decommissioned, recompleted and converted to an A - <br />Groove monitor well. <br />The current status of all wells associated with the NS Project is indicated in Table 3: List <br />and Status of Wells Associated with NS. <br />4.1.5 Other Activities <br />Continuous monitoring of proximal DS aquifer monitor wells provided data for the <br />management of active production cavity operations.
