I can only assume that they must believe that the <br /> State of Colorado and the affected landowners must be very obtuse. Excessive erosion and sediment <br /> leaving the mine area remains well documented both by personal inspection and the detailed <br /> documentation provided by Doug Corley. The State of Colorado and the affected landowners share a <br /> mutual stewardship for the well-being of this land.
