The application was determined to be complete on December 23, 2015. One <br />comment letter has been received for the proposed action from the Colorado State Historic Preservation <br />Officer (SHPO) stating that it is the opinion of the SHPO that a finding of no historic properties affected is <br />appropriate for the proposed action in TR-60. The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining,and Safety <br />completed its preliminary adequacy review of the proposed technical revision. No adequacy concerns <br />were identified in the TR-60 application. The adequacy review was completed on January 21, 2015. The <br />public comment period for TR-60 concludes on January 29, 2015.
