The site was flown and photgraphed by Harry Ranney. Pictures were inspected by <br />Leigh Simmons. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br /> The aerial images show a snow covered site. Ponds were completely frozen over and covered with snow. <br />Roads had been plowed to allow access to the facilities. The images show that neither coal nor waste had been <br />produced, and that no recent disturbance had occurred. Activity had been focused on the ongoing demolition work; <br />some piles of scrap metal being cut up ready to ship are visible.
