Because there is no <br />specific AHR submittal due date described in the rules, the AHR submittal due date for the Terror Creek Loadout <br />has been approved to be February 15. <br />Regarding the ARR submittal due dates, Rule 2.04.13(1) states "By February 15, or other such date as agreed <br />on, each permittee shall file an annual reclamation report...".
