The <br />Division finds the 2015 Annual Reclamation Report in compliance of the following Rules: <br />Rule 2.04.13(1) - Received 11 January 2015. The Annual Reclamation Report is required to be received by <br />the Division by Feburary 15. No other date for submittal has been approved by the Division. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(a) - The cover of the ARR includes the name of the permittee, the address, and the <br />permit number. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(b) - The ARR identifies 0.0 disturbed acres disturbed during calendar year 2015. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(c) - The ARR identifies 0.0 new backfilled and graded acres during calendar year 2015. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(d) - The ARR identifies 0.0 new topsoiled acres during calendar year 2015. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(e) - The ARR identifies 0.0 acres which were permanently revegetated during calendar <br />year 2015. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(f) - The ARR identifies 0.0 acres which were seeded during calendar year 2015. 2015 ARR <br />Pages 2 through 36 provide the location, number of acres and dates of planting for all previously <br />revegetated areas. <br />Rule 2.04.13(2) - The following additional information was provided in accordance with the approved PAP: <br />a chronological history of reclamation activities of the site from 1990 to present. <br />Please address the following : <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 P 303.866.3567 F 303.832.8106 http://mining.state.co.us <br />John W.
