<br />The vivision of Reclamation. Mining and Safety (Division) is i„ the process of reviewing the above
<br />refere„ced application in order to ensure that it adequately satisfies the , eyuirements of the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act (Act) and the associated Mineral Rules and Regulations of
<br />the Colorado Mined La„d reclamation Board for Hard Ruck. Metal, and Designated Mining
<br />Operations (Rules). During review of the material submitted, the Division determined that the
<br />following iasue(s) ofconcern shall be adequately addressed before the application can be
<br />(onsidergAZor app, oval. er
<br />Piease provide an accurate topograpnic base map show;,,g the location of the proposed
<br />project. Tne map shall identify the proposed prospecting sites and activity areas involving
<br />surface disturbance, which include all d, ;11 holes, mud pits, excavations, trenches, adits,
<br />shafts, tunnels, rock dumps, stockpiles, impoundments, prospecting roads, etc.
<br />2. Please supply latitude and longitude coordinates for the propo.'ed prospecting area.
<br />Z,3. Please provide photographs of the a, uas that will be disturbed in orde, to .3how the current
<br />(pre-distu, Bance) conditions.
