<br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) is in the process of reviewing the above
<br />efe, enced application in order to ensure that it adequately satisfies the requirements of the
<br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act (Act) and the aasociated Mineral Rules and Regulations of
<br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal, and Designated Mining
<br />uperations LRules). During review of the material submitted, the Division determined LhaL the
<br />following issue(s) of cunceL j, ahull be adequately addressed before the application can be
<br />considered for approval.
<br />1. Please provide an accurate Lopographic base map showing the location of the proposed
<br />project. The map snail identity the proposed prospecting sites and activity areas involving
<br />surface diaru, bauce, which include all drill holes, mud pits, excavations, trenches, adits,
<br />shafts, Lunnels, rock dumps, stockpiles, impoundments, prospecting vada, ere.
<br />2. Please supply latitude and longitude coordinates for the proposed prospecting area.
<br />3. Please provide photographs of the areas that will be disLurbed in order Lo show the current
<br />(pre -disturbance) conditions.
<br />Please submityour responae(a) to the above listed issue(s) by Friday, February 05, 2u1b in order to
<br />allow Lhe Division sufficient Lime for review.
<br />The Division will continue to review your application and will contact you it additional information
<br />is needed.
