<br />Thank you for taking the time to meet with us on Friday. Ja„uary 08. 2016 to diacuaa the estimated
<br />reclamation cost estimate that was mailed on November 25, 2015. The Division appreciated your
<br />diligence and clarity in itemizing specific areas where we can improve the accuracy of reclamation
<br />COSTS.
<br />I„ o, de, to finali.&e the reclamation cost estimate the Division requires the additional items:
<br />1. Please submit a aigi,ed a„d „ota, iced couuuiume„t f1011L Mi s. Blue that she will pi ovide the
<br />Division with hay for reclamation upon forfeiture of the bond at the rate of $150 per ton for the
<br />20U tons necessary to reclaim the estimated 100 acres site. The commitment needs to be valid
<br />for 5 years. Upon expiration Western slope Aggregates, Inc. shall provide the Division with an
<br />updated agreement or the Division will use its cost estimate data for hay i„ future bonding
<br />updates.
<br />Z. As per the agrees upon stipulation Western Slope Aggregates, Inc. snail notiry the Division in
<br />The annual , eport of any progress made in mining Area 2. The self-reportwill include the length
<br />of highwall requiring regrading, height of highwall and slope. Through this reporting surety will
<br />be incrementally assessed based on mining progress as needed.
<br />All other areas of concern identified in the meeting have been re-evaluated and resolved. Please submit
<br />the above items to the Division by Monday, March Z1, 201L6.
