Vegetative cover has begun to establish well in <br />portions. The vegetative cover included a variety of life forms and species. Herbaceous species included: western <br />wheatgrass, crested wheatgrass, intermediate wheatgrass, sage bursh, rabbit brush, yucca, and various other forbs <br />are scattered throughout site. There were a few annual weeds and a few noxious weeds observed during the <br />inspection. The noxious weeds, primary Canadian thistle appeared to have been treated with some form of <br />herbicide. The Operator/contract miner will need to continue to monitor and treat noxious weeds. <br /> <br />Erosion/Sedimentation: <br />There was no evidence of excessive erosion (rills, gullies, or sediment fans). <br /> <br />Signs and Markers: <br />A mine I.D. sign was located at the entrance to the mine site. The permit boundary was clearly marked by fence <br />and t-posts. <br /> <br />Topsoil: <br />There was adequate topsoil to conduct reclamation.
