(ASCI), the applicant for the referenced permit, be
granted another extension of time to effectively address your further review comments to our responses to the
original Adequacy Review comments which we received on October 23, 2015. We are requesting that we be
granted another extension of 30 days to address these comments. I assume that the end of that period will be
approximately February 26, 2016, based on the original decision date of October 27, 2015? Please confirm this.
The holidays slowed progress on the adequacy concerns, but we have started the slope stability study for
CDOT/US-85 which should be completed near to the end of January. I also have information that I am working
on with Aurora in regard to groundwater monitoring at the site.
Please contact me if there are any questions or concerns you may have with this request for the added time
extension.
Sincerely,
Rob Laird
Resource Manager
cc: file
Dan Hunt
