Box 299 <br />Loveland, CO 80539-0299 <br />Re: Section 404 Permit No. 200180205, Annual Mitigation Monitoring Report 2007 Acceptable <br />Mitigation Successful and Complete <br />Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, Inc., Green and Croissant Aggregate Mining Project <br />Dear Mr. Fancher: <br />The 2007 Annual Wetland Mitigation Monitoring Report for this project was received by our <br />office on October 3, 2007 from Mr. Mike Savage of Savage and Savage Environmental. Rena Brand of my <br />office also met with Edith Savage and Stephanie at the site on August 13, 2008. The report describes <br />wetland mitigation efforts for gravel mining work in wetlands southeast of Loveland, south and east of the <br />junction of Weld County Roads 13 and 54. The project is located on Little Dry Creek in the North 1/2 of <br />Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 67 West in Weld County, Colorado. <br />Based on the report and site visit, our office considers the annual wetland mitigation requirements <br />and conditions of this permit complete. In that regard, no further annual wetland monitoring reports are <br />required by Loveland Ready Mix Concrete, LLC. Thanks to your family and Savage and Savage for <br />managing the wetland mitigation to successful completion. <br />Please be aware that the ongoing gravel mining work is still authorized by the 404 permit, which <br />expires December 31, 2025.
