Court was concerned that an attorney not licensed in Colorado could be faced with issues
of Colorado law. See Id. at Docket #54. In this case, the same could hold true because
the case was filed because of an imminent Sheriff s sale. Accordingly, if James Jameson
& Associates' December Application is approved, the UST would recommend that an
Order be entered that James Jameson seek approval from the Court to engage an attorney
licensed in the State of Colorado as special counsel for matters that may arise under
Colorado law.
31. Upon information and belief, the December Application is not seeking the employment
of the Buechler Law Office and that this is a typographical error that should be corrected.
See Docket 50, ¶ 10.
32. The Application should not be approved until James Jameson complies with Fed. R.
Bankr. P. 2014.
WHEREFORE, the United States Trustee requests that the Court not approve the
Application unless and until such time as Debtor can demonstrate that Applicant's employment
would satisfy and/or cure the objections raised by the U.S. Trustee and for such other relief as
the Court deems appropriate.
Respectfully submitted,
Dated: January 13, 2016 PATRICK S.
