 geosynthetic quality control documents;
 geosynthetic quality assurance documents;
 geomembrane installation observations, such as for deployment, trial seams, defect repair,
destruct testing and non-destructive testing;
 sampling, testing locations, and test results;
 changes to the design DRAWINGS or project SPECIFICATIONS and the justification for
these changes;
 record DRAWINGS; and
 a certification statement that construction was completed in compliance with the
