Each sample was tested for
constituent concentrations in the sample material and then in the leachate from both the Nevada Meteoric Water Mobility
Procedure (MWMP) and the Synthetic Precipitation Leaching Procedure (SPLP). The SPLP test results were generally lower in
concentration compared to the MWMP results, so we will stick with the SPLP data. The ore leachate contains radionuclides and
trace metals above water quality standards but the waste leachate concentrations and activity level were generally low.
I have also attached Dick White's writeup on how he did the sampling.
I will send a table toward the end of the day with the data compiled and compared to surface and ground water standards.
Frank Filas, P.E.
Environmental Manager
Energy Fuels Resources Corporation
44 Union Blvd., Suite 600
Lakewood, CO 80228
Direct: (303) 974-2146
Cell: (303) 241-3773
E-Mail: f.filas@energyfuels.com
3/13/2007
