The installation of the slurry wall is the critical path item that drives the final <br /> grading and seeding timeline, along with the mining operations advancing towards the north and east <br /> slopes. Current operations estimates a 1.5 to 3 year mine plane. <br /> Based from the mix design provided by NRCS, and the input from staff,the applicant does not intend on <br /> using fertilization to establish vegetation. Attached in this section is a "Weed Watch List"that are the <br /> species that may need to be dealt with in Colorado. In the event any of the listed species are identified, <br /> appropriate action shall be taken to mitigate weed infestation. The site will be monitored for all noxious <br /> weed species on List A, B, and C of the Colorado Weed Management Association. Annual site <br /> inspections shall be completed by inspectors and weed management shall be consistent with Weld <br /> County Noxious Weed requirements. In the event it is determined a noxious weed not on the watch <br /> lists exists,then appropriate action to mitigate shall be taken and follow up inspections scheduled to <br /> verify effectiveness. <br />
