<br />with the Colorado Division of Reclamation
<br />Minting and Safety for a permit transfer. The
<br />application proposes the transfer of Surface
<br />MinePermit No. C-1994 082, from Seneca
<br />Coal Company to Seneca Properties, LLC.
<br />Seneca Properties, LLC Is a wholly owned
<br />subsidiary of Peabody Energy. No changes
<br />to the currently approved mining and retia
<br />matlonplan are proposed.
