<br />Colorado 61639, on behalf of the Seneca II
<br />West Mirw, has filed with the Colorado Dlvl-
<br />sion of Reclamation Mining and Safety for a
<br />Succession of Operators. The application
<br />proposes the transfer of Surface Mine Permit
<br />No. C 1962-057, from Seneca Coal Com
<br />parry, LLC to Seneca Properties, LLC. Sen-
<br />eca Coal Company, LLC and Seneca Proper
<br />ties, LLC are wholly owned subsidiaries of
<br />Peabody Energy. No changes to the cur-
<br />rently approved miring and reclamatlon plan
<br />are proposed.

<br />scribed permit area. No change inland use is
<br />associated w.th this revision.
