Dear Mr. Musick:
The DRMS' letter dated December 30, 2015 transmitted its third adequacy review for the bond
release application. Tables provided in the adequacy letter list the drill sites and the proposed
bond release acreages. On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, following are its comments on the bond
release tables. The map codes referenced below are the road and drill site indentifying numbers
shown on Map 9.
1. GVB-11B - The acreage for the pad and road total 1.3 acres. The acreage was revised by
MR -174, map code 210.
2. GVB-12B - The acreage for the pad and road total 1.7 acres. The acreage was revised by
MR -174, map code 212.
3. B-13 Vent - The pad area is 1.0 acres, map code 245.
4. GVB-13F - 13F road totals 0.2 acres as revised by MR -133, map code 244.
S. GVB-12E - 12E road totals 0.6 acres are revised by MR -174, map code 232.
6. GVB-B13E-1 - The pad area is 1.0 acres, map code 246.
7. GVB-B13B - 13B road totals 0.1 acres as revised by MR -174, map code 233.
8. GVB-B14A - 14A road totals 0.8 acres as revised by MR -174, map code 234.
9. GVB-B14B - 14B road totals 0.2 acres as revised by MR -174, map code 235.
10. GVB-B14E - 14E road totals 0.2 acres as revised by MR -174, map code 238.
11. GVB-B14D -14D road totals 0.3 acres as revised by MR -174, map code 237.
12. SS -8 - SS -8 road totals 1.0 acres as revised by MR -174. Map code 253.
13. GVB-D2-B - Drill pad totals 0.3 acres. Map code 63. On the current Map 9, map codes 41
and 63 are combined for a total of 0.8 acres. Map code 41 represented 0.5 acres of the 0.8
acre total.
14. GVB-DI-B - The acreage of the road for this drill site should be considered zero. The road
acreage should be applied to site GVB-DI-A, see #19 below.
15. SS -6 - SS -6 road totals 0.3 acres as revised by MR -174 map code 240.
