Firestone Gravel Resource -
Groundwater Monitoring Report
1 message
Lynn Mayer Shults <Imshults@lgeverist.com> Fri, Jan 8, 2016 at 2:43 PM
To: "Scott - DNR, Eric" <eric.scott@state.co.us>
Cc: Matthew Noteboom <msnoteboom@lgeverist.com>
Eric,
Here are all the data we have for all the wells we have - interior(affecting LGE only) and exterior wells
(required).
Exterior Wells - 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 13
Interior Wells - 2, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14
Note 1 -there is no Well 8.
Note 2 -Wells 6 and 9 have been destroyed or removed. We are including all the data we gathered through their
lifespan. We will take them out of subsequent reports, since they no longer exist.
There were 3 1-month instances in the interior wells where the change was above the average change. They
are indicated in red.
As a show of good faith, we are supplying the DRMS with all the data for all wells - interior and exterior.
understand that DRMS appreciates the extra data, but we would like to ask if reporting of interior wells is
actually required by regulations? The reason we ask, is because many current "requirements" with all state and
federal agencies (not just DRMS), have come about - not through regulation, but because the agency wanted a
little more information. And so an optional request becomes a requirement without proper rulemaking.
If you need anything else for this Groundwater Moniotring Report for the Firestone Gravel Resource, please let
me know.
cid:imag LYNN MAYER SHULTS, L.G.
