This decision will be published in the <br />Craig Daily Press, as soon as possible. Publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public <br />comment period. If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the <br />decision will become final. <br />Partial Phase I Bond Release at the West, East and South Taylor Pit. As an interested party, you <br />have the right to an adjudicatory hearing as outlined under Rule 3.03.2(6) of the Rules and <br />Regulations. The request for an adjudicatory hearing must be written and state with specificity <br />the reasons why the hearing is requested.
