(EFCI) submitted a response to the <br />Division's adequacy letter, dated December 18, 2015. <br />Two adequacy concerns were related to the vegetation review, items nos. 6 and 7. <br />I have reviewed EFCI's response and find that the operator has adequately addressed the <br />concerns identified in both no. 6 and no. 7. <br />I have no additional concerns at this time. <br />
