The weather was cloudy and the site was snow covered during the on -the -ground <br />inspection of the site. No activities were on-going during the inspection. The majority of the structures at the site <br />have been demolished and the site is currently inactive and in reclamation. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; <br />Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; <br />Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The sediment pond was snow covered with no discharge and the valve of the primary discharge pipe was closed. <br />The dug -out pond was snow covered with no discharge at the time of the inspection. Embankments were snow <br />covered and stable with no evidence of erosion and no issues noted. <br />The haul road ditches and lower yard ditches were snow covered at the time of the inspection with no problems <br />noted. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The access road to the site was snow covered with no evidence of recent use. The main access gate at the entrance of <br />the road off of the Bowie Rd. was locked. No problems were noted. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />Facilities remaining on-site are the concrete pad from the shop and the office. A portion of the crushing and <br />screening plant and the truck scale and scale house remain on site.
