The rock lined channel on the west side of the refuse disposal area was <br />snow covered and stable. <br />Ponds 1, 2, 3, and 4 and Ponds W-1, W-2, the Timber Storage Pond, and the West Ridge Pond were snow covered <br />and stable with no problems noted. No discharge was observed. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The East Mine Haul Road has been narrowed to the current configuration. All surface drainage is directed to the <br />roadside ditch on the uphill side of the road by water bars. The haul road was covered with a heavy amount of <br />snow, no problems were noted and no evidence of recent use was noted. <br />All roads associated with the East Mine were snow covered, stable, and inaccessible during the inspection with no <br />problems noted. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 5 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />
