EXHIBIT H
WILDLIFE INFORMATION

This exhibit contains the wildlife information for the activities associated with
Amendment 11. Information required by Exhibit H is contained in the Project
Description, primarily in Section 4.7, in Volume I of this application. The Project
Description describes wildlife resource in the permit area; and threatened, endangered,
sensitive, and candidate species that may occur in the general area. In addition,
discussions of wildlife protection are included in Section 5.0 Mining and Operations
Management Plan, Section 6.0 High Grade Mill, Section 7.0 Valley Leach Facilities, 8.0
Precious Metals Recovery Facility. Appendix 3 in Volume III contains a detailed
discussion of wildlife inventories and literature reviews.

The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife (“CPW”) has been notified by Cripple
Creek &Victor Gold Mining Company of the proposed Amendment 11 activities. CC&V
has reviewed the activities associated with Amendment 11 with the local CPW
representative, Mr. Tim Kroening, and has incorporated CPW’s comments into the
Project Description. In addition, CC&V has prepared and implemented a Wildlife
Protection Plan that is part of standard operating procedures for the Cresson Project and
is included as Appendix 14, Volume IV. This Plan has been updated based on
discussions with CPW. CC&V will continue to coordinate with the CPW on the
proposed project changes.

H-1
