To: Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Saftey
1313 Sherman Street #215, Denver Colorado 80203
RE: Chip n Dale DRMS # M-2014-017 Adequacy Review.
RECENED
JAN 05 2016
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION
MINING AND $ FEN
I am Requesting an extension to provide onsite survey with additional GPS coordinates, and onsite
markers, by the 2016 digging season. As with this season access was not possible until July 4th weekend,
I would request a deadline for August 1st
In order to address the 9.9 acres survey I will need the opportunity to reach mine site and complete
survey. 2015 season had no access prior to July 4, for the roads were snowed in due to late frost season.
I expect the same for 2016 season. I would need August 15` 2016 deadline.
Mining Plan map enclosed has the 9.9 acres reclamation located. The hashed area on map is the area
that will be mined for the foreseeable future. Due to short seasons and hand extraction of gem
materials, we have concentrated our collecting and disturbances to the hashed areas of 5.74 acres. This
area is marked with GPS coordinates and corner claim markers/posts. This does not mean that I want to
restrict our original 9.9 acre approval, as development of mineral resources is a guess at best, and we
may still expand beyond the 5.74 acre hashed area, but staying within our reclamation boundaries.
Also I would point out that excavating has occurred with in my claim boundaries prior to my operation.
This area is surveyed on my map and was part of non -permissible operation by: Stone cellar, Crystal for
kids, operator Chris Zander. Labeled Zander dig on map.
Mark Krivanek
101 F Street Salida, Colorado 81201
