1/7/2016 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Fwd: Decision Date Extensions - Sage Creek RN -01 and Seneca IN - RN -06 <br />Janet — <br />In going through some documentation that Scott left for me, it looks like the decision dates for the above - <br />referenced permit renewals had been extended through 12/31/15. With the transition, we will need a little time to <br />get up to speed and complete the relevant responses, so I am requesting that the decision dates for these two <br />renewals be extended to March 31, 2016. We will get on them and respond as soon as reasonably feasible, and <br />anticipate that responses will be submitted well before the requested date, however, I want to allow sufficient <br />time for both our responses and your review.
