Box 670 Hayden, CO 81639 December 30, 2015 Re: Yoast Mine, C1994-082, SO -1 Preliminary Adequacy Review Dear Mr. Nettleton: The Division has reviewed Senceca Coal Company's application for a Transfer of Ownership (SO -1) for the Yoast Mine. In accordance with the requirements on the Self bond for Federal Mines form, and Rule Rule 3.02.4(2)(e), please provide: For self -bonding, a Corporate Guarantee also needs to be submitted. The corporate guarantee must include a corporate resolution certified by secretary, and incumbency certificate for all corporate signatories. The Division is attaching a copy of the "Coal Self -Bond Corporate Guaruntee for Federal Mines", which is the required form. Please assure that all the documentation required on the form are included. 2. Please provide a resolution or certified evidence of authority to sign on behalf of the principal to be attached to the bond. The corporate seal must be affixed to the bond and to the resolution, if appropriate.
