No <br />photos were taken of the the majority of the haul road. <br />\The site is snow covered and inactive. No mining persopnnel remain on site. All structures have been reclaimed, <br />with the exception of a substation, 2 sediment ponds, a rail road loop, and the haul road. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage — Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />The Load out site is snow covered and inactive. The train loop pond was snow covered and did not appear <br />to contain a frozen pool of water. No problems were apparent with the Train Loop pond. <br />The Truck loop pond was snow covered but appeared to contain a frozen pool of water. No gullying was apparent <br />and it did not appear that the Truck loop pond was discharging. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />No activity appears to have occurred recently on the load out area. No tracks are evident in the snow. No <br />tracks were noted at the reclaimed office area.
