The proposed revision de- creases the permit boundary and re- vises narrative, exhibits and tables throughout the permit. The purpose of the revision is to change the per- mit boundary to reflect bond release approval granted by the Division on November 16, 2015, which will re- duce the permit area from 2786 acres to 732.5 acres. This revision will also approve changes to the by- drolegic monitoring plan and the re - of the greasewood reference area. The Roadside mines are located ap- proximately three miles northeast of Palisade, Co at the Interstate 70, Ca- meo Exit No. 46. The permit area is split east and west by the Colorado River and 1.70, and is encompassed within the following lands: T16S.
