Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />A partial inspection of the Carbon Junction Mine was conducted by Harry Ranney, of the DRMS on Monday, 28 <br />December 2015. Skies were cloudy, and temperatures reached the high 20?F's. There had been snow the week <br />before and the site was under a blanket of snow. This was an aerial inspection. <br />PERMITTING UPDATE <br />MR 10 was received 30 October 2015 and found complete on 9 November 2015. This revision better reflects the <br />permit boundary of 2015 in relation to the Four Corners Materials Ewing Mesa #1 aggregate operation. The <br />submittal consists of updated maps (Reclaimed Features; Post Mining Land Uses and Reference Area). <br />Decision issued 20 November 2015. <br />Mid Term Review (MT5) is due in January 2016. <br />INSPECTION <br />ROADS- Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3) 14.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4) 14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br />4.03.1(5) and (6) 14.03.2(5) and (6); Reclamation 4.03.1(7)14.03.2(7): <br />o All roads in and around the site were snow covered and appeared stable with no signs of erosion or <br />depositional anomalies. <br />TOPSOIL -Rule 4.06 <br />Removal4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution <br />4.06.4: <br />o Topsoil stockpiles observed appeared stable. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
