Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a partial inspection of the Keenesburg Mine for bond release, SL -8. The purpose of the inspection was to <br />evaluate the property proposed for phase III band release to Industrial/Commercial post mining land use. The <br />SL -8 application was submitted to the Division October 30th 2015. Present at the inspection were Danny Kipp <br />and Ben Moline with Coors Energy Company, Robin Bay with Habitat Management, Inc., Troy Florian with <br />Colorado Parks and Wildlife, and Tabetha Lynch and Dan Hernandez with the Division of Reclamation Mining <br />and Safety. The weather was partly cloudy. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Phase III bond release was requested for the main access road. The road is currently being used by other <br />businesses along the road and is in part accessible by the public for access to an area landfill owned by Waste <br />Management of Colorado. Gusher oil/ Guttersen Ranches utilize the entire length of the road proposed to be <br />release in association with an oil and gas support operation. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The area proposed for bond release is currently serving as Industrial/Commercial use, which is the <br />approved post mining land use. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The facilities on site include the shop and office building, parking lots and equipment storage lots, the <br />waste treatment area, a shed, and facility associated utilities.
