Blue Pit M-1981-207 <br />In thu recent inspection report for the blue Pit, it was puinted out that there is a <br />discrepancy in the permit acreage between that listed on the permit application torm <br />(142."I acres) and that listed throughout the permit, which uses 146.87 acres. The <br />introduction section also stags that the added acreage is approximately, 60 acres. It is <br />actually 64.17 acres. The legal description is dL;curately calculated in Surv%,add using the <br />bea,ings and distances of each line segment of the permit boundary. The result of this <br />calculation is 14o.&/ acres. All other tables, narrative, all maps and tlgures in the permit <br />use 146.87 acres, which is the correct amount. The amount used in the permit tuna is a <br />typographic error.
