4.
f-'`,'S
K
CONSTRUCTION
'MSF
December 15, 2015
Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Department of Natural Resources
1313 Sherman Street, Room 215
Denver, Colorado 80203
RE: Permit No. M-2005-053
Western Sugar Pit#2
Reclamation Success—Corrective Action
SEMA Construction, Inc. (SEMA) is in receipt of the inspection report dated November 23, 2015 for the
Western Sugar Pit#2. SEMA plans to have a local seeding subcontractor on site to perform additional
seeding and restoration beginning April 4, 2016 and completing April 15, 2016. SEMA considers these
dates to be the late completion dates and intends to perform the work as soon as the ground is in a
consistently thawed state. The seeding subcontractor is putting together options for additives/imported
soil that will give the existing ground a better ability to retain nutrients and water. SEMA believes that this
is the best option to achieve required growth.
SEMA will maintain contact with the local subcontractor throughout the winter to determine when the best
time is to complete the work. Once the work is scheduled, SEMA will inform the DMRS of the most
current schedule of completion. Upon completion, SEMA will supply the DMRS with documentation of
satisfactory completion.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Thank yo
Cameron Mang, . .T.
0: (303)627-2600
C: (720)450-0588
Email: cmanq aAsemaconstruction.com
