Technical Revision No. 17 proposes an update to the sedi- mentation control Man for outfall 003, the silt fence located below the construction materials stockpile in order to be in compliance with 40 CFR Part 434 Subpart H, CDPHE dis- chargge permit C00038342. The McClone Canyon Mine is a/an underground coal mine located in Garfield County, approximately 19 miles N of Loma, Colorado.
