South Taylor Fill Inspection Certification <br />On December 09, 2015, 1 inspected the South Taylor Fill areas, which includes the East Taylor <br />Fill and the West Taylor Fill, identified on Map 23A and Map 45 of the E pproved permit. The <br />purpose of this inspection was to observe the status of the fill placeme t. This inspection is <br />necessary to satisfy the requirements of CDRMS Rule 4.09.1(1)(c) nd Rule 4.09.1(11). <br />Weather conditions at the time of inspection were approximately 42°F and Cloudy. <br />West Taylor Fill with A -A' and B -B' Underdrain Area No new activity h s occurred within the <br />permanent West Taylor Fill since last inspection. The East Tributary of t e West Taylor fill has <br />been rip -rapped up to the 7850' elevation (approximately). The West Tributary of the West <br />Taylor fill has been rip -rapped up to the 7820' elevation. Dumping has c ncluded on the 8100' <br />level of this stockpile. <br />The current water level reading of the piezometer well was 225.7 feet <br />an increase of 1.3 feet from the previous quarter. <br />No structural weakness, signs of instability, or other hazards were <br />inspection. <br />East Taylor Fill with C -C' Underdrain Area: During the first quarter <br />"025" Rock Crusher was moved to the flat pad above the East Taylor fill, <br />8000' elevation. During the 4th quarter of 2015, the Colowyo "102" dragli <br />South Taylor Pit, and the "103" dragline was moved to a pad closer to & <br />be parked until it is relocated to the Collom Pit in approximately 6 years <br />rock crusher operations has taken place within the East Taylor fill during 1 <br />Design requirements for the spoil pile are addressed in Volume <br />Introductory Letter.
