LJpon review of the contents of the application package, the Division finds several items a required to be included in the submittal in order to find the application complete. Seneca Properties, I.JL,C is proposing to maintain the self bond. In order to do so, in accordance with Rules 3.02.4(2)(c)(ii) and 3.02.4(c)(v), An application for Self torr ding with the new permittee and the actual bond form need to be submitted to the Division. Please define who the guarantor will be. SCC has not defined how the self bond will be maintained. Rules 3.02.4(2)(c)(ii) and (iii) allow for a corporate guarantor as long as the appropriate requirements are ,,,t, rl,l,, permitee must submit an indemnity agreement (3.02.4(2)(c)(v)(A) and (B) with the new permitee name, as well. Approved Forms for the self bond application can be Found on the Division's webstie. http://mining.state.co/Forms. Please use the Forms applicable to Federal Mines.
