The Division is waiting <br />on proof of publication of the public notice. <br />At the time of the inspection the longwall was mining in panel E6, between crosscuts 59 and 58. Development <br />miners were mining at around crosscut 13 of the E7 headgate. <br />PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />Refuse was being temporarily placed on the RPE at the time of the inspection. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The mine identification sign on the gate to the North Soil Storage Area had come loose and was laying in the <br />grass. The sign marking the LRP topsoil stockpile had also come loose.
