The <br />financial guarantee in the amount of $334,000.00 that, in part, applied to federal minerals was released by <br />the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety on August 11, 2014. Red Canyon, LLC didn't <br />request BLM to assign their contracts to Rocky Mountain Materials and Asphalt, Inc. until April 1, 2015. <br />The assignment contains all the terms and conditions in your contract. <br />Red Canyon, LLC is released from any further liability under contract COC -72083 for actions Rocky <br />Mountain Materials and Asphalt, Inc. may take after the effective date of the assignment, which is April <br />1, 2015.
