On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC, (BRL) enclosed is an application for a permit <br />revision to address the DRMS' adequacy questions. <br />1. DRMS - Rule 2.03.6, Volume I page 15, identifies Right of Entry and Operation <br />Information. Per Rule 2.03.6(1), each application shall contain a complete and detailed <br />legal description of the proposed permit boundary. Please revise the PAP to include <br />the complete and detailed legal description in order to compare Right of Entry <br />documentation to the permit boundary. <br />BRL - A detailed legal description of the permit boundary is enclosed. There is a tab in <br />Volume 1 where this legal description can be inserted. <br />2. DRMS - Per Rules 2.04.11(4) and 2.05.6(2), please update T&E species and discuss <br />potential impacts to current State and Federal Threatened and Endangered plant <br />and animal species lists. The Federal and State listed species of concern may <br />have changed since the last revision. To find the most up to date lists, please <br />reference the USFWS and Colorado CPW websites. <br />BRL - A threatened and endangered species inventory in enclosed. <br />3. DRMS - Map 4-1, Hydrologic Reconnaissance, identifies drill holes associated with C- <br />1981-038. Based on information submitted under the Bowie No. 2 Mine (C-1996-083, <br />PR -12, TR -104 and SL -1) and Bowie No. -1 Mine, PR -4, several drill hole sites fall into <br />the Bowie No. 2 Mine Permit Boundary. In addition, there are several drill holes currently <br />within the Bowie No. 1 Mine identified on Map 4-1. In order for the Division to gain an <br />accurate account of all the drill holes currently permitted under C-1981-038, please <br />provide an update in the form of a map or text that identifies all drill holes <br />permitted under C-1981-038 and the current status of each drill hole.
