This <br />submittal is in response to your letter of 21 October 2015, "King Coal Il Adequacy <br />Review of TR -25". <br />GCC Energy provided updated "as built" designs for surface hydrology features. This information, <br />associated documentation and maps will replace original designs and modeling in the current permit as <br />per Appendix 11. <br />The Division's adequacy comments are listed in bold text. GCC Energy's responses to those comments <br />are listed in underlined italics.
