Exhibit E — Reclamation Plan (i) Final grading - specify maximum anticipated slope gradient or expected ranges thereof; (ii) Seeding - specify types, mixtures, quantities, and expected time(s) of seeding and planting; (iii) Fertilization - if applicable, specify types, mixtures, quantities and time of application; (iv) Revegetation - specify types of trees, shrubs, etc., quantities, size and location; and (v) Topsoiling - specify anticipated minimum depth or range of depths for those areas where topsoil will be replaced. This Amendment provides construction details for the option of lining completed basins, as described under Exhibit G of this Amendment. These or any other changes to the existing approved permit or related exhibits and correlated documents are either referenced or otherwise identified in green ink only. All reclamation under this Amendment will remain consistent with the original permit, including Developed Water Resources as the primary end use as reflected in correspondence of 13 April 2011 as received by OMLR on 15 April 2011, and included in the permit as originally approved on 7 July 2011. All other aspects of the original permit, or prior Technical Revision or Amendment to the original application as approved by the Office of Mined Land Reclamation on 7 July 2011, are retained under this Amendment. Any exhibit language not shown in green is extracted from the original permit submittal and may appear below for reference and orientation only, consistent with Rule 1.10.1(1). There are no planned revisions to this Exhibit. This application provides substantial detail of features utilizing aerial photography that is ortho-rectified to approximately 1.0± percent of surveyed accuracy. This highly accurate and detailed portrayal of the mining and reclamation is visible under Exhibit C- 1: Existing Conditions and Exhibit C-2: Extraction Plan Map, and, Exhibit F — Reclamation Map. How reclamation will occur over affected lands is further detailed under Exhibit L — Reclamation Costs. As extraction progresses over planned areas in Tracts A, B, C and D; the resulting 1.25H:1V slopes created during extraction will be concurrently modified by pushing the resulting pit bottom with a dozer until the resulting basin slopes conform with Rule Varra Companies, Inc.
