The corporation is directed for its day to day activities by Arbie Marie Price, President <br />and Chief Executive Officer. Arbie Marie Price has direct ownership or voting control of <br />7.82% of the company stock. The indirect ownership of the shares of common stock <br />owned by Ms. Ray include; (i) 62,500 shares willed to Ms. Price of the 700,000 shares of <br />the Noel Pautsky Trust. Ms. Price disclaims any beneficial ownership of the shares <br />owned by the Noel Pautsky Trust in excess of her respective interest therein. The <br />remaining stock is owned by public shareholders, two of which own ten percent or more <br />of the common stock of the company. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. is the successor in name to Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the <br />successor by statutory merger to Pueblo Coal, Inc. Oakridge Exploration, Inc., the <br />original owner of Pueblo Coal, Inc., was indirectly involved in an Oklahoma coal <br />operation. In June 1978, Oakridge purchased portions of the Broken Arrow Mine No. I <br />operated by Marad Exploration (5800 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, Oklahoma 73135). The <br />full reclamation and ownership of the property in Oklahoma was terminated more than <br />five years prior to filing this application. <br />After closure of the project, Oakridge completed the reclamation and attendant <br />obligations and obtained release of the $68,000 bond. The Division may contact the <br />Oklahoma Department of Mines, State Capital Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma <br />73101 concerning the operation and reclamation. <br />There are no other filings for coal permits by the permittee. <br />The following provides information related to the prior Carbon Junction Mine permit and <br />operation. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. <br />4613 Jacksboro Hwy. <br />Wichita Falls, TX 76301 <br />Permit No.: C-82-054 <br />MSHA No.: 05-03683, 1982 <br />Employer ID No.: 87 028 7176 <br />Oakridge Energy Inc. does not own or control any other surface coal mining operations. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc., is the surface and mineral owner of record for the permit area. <br />There are no contracts for purchase or purchasers of record other than Oakridge. <br />There are only two owners of record for all surface and subsurface areas contiguous to <br />any part of the permit area.
