On behalf of Snowcap Coal Company, Inc. (SCC) enclosed is an application for a
technical revision to revise the permit boundary, along with the surface, mineral and
affected acreage, to reflect the Phase I, II and III bond release of acres as approved by
the Division with SL -08 Bond Release. SCC is also asking that several of its surface
and ground monitoring points released in SL -08 be terminated from the monitoring
program. This application also requests removal of the greasewood reference area and
updates previously approved hydrological monitoring changes and miscellaneous
ownership and control issues.
Enclosed are the revised permit documents as follows:
