PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man-made structures within 200 feet of the permit area. All of <br />these structures are shown on Map C-2 and Map I/J. The land boundaries are shown on Map I/J. <br />A) Irrigation Ditch south of the permit area owned by a group of local ranchers. <br />B) Powerline located south of the permit area owned by the White River Eelectric Association. . <br />C) Structures of the Colorado Department of Transportation along Highway 13 and south of the <br />permit area. <br />D) Buried cable TV south of the permit area. <br />E) The three strand barbed wire fence with wood posts along the south perimeter of the property <br />line. This fence is jointly owned by Jensen et al and B.P. Franklin, Jr. <br />F) The three strand barbed wire fence with wood posts on the east edge of the permit area which is <br />owned by Meeker for the airport property. <br />G) The three strand barbed wire fence with wood posts along the north ROW line owned by the <br />State Highway Department. <br />H) The airport access road (County Road 81) owned by the Rio Blanco County. <br />I) The access road to the gravel site owned by Mecom et al. which is located north of the permit <br />area. <br />J) Reservoir dam owned by Mecom et al. located immediately north of the permit area. <br />K) The three strand barbed wire fence with wood posts on the southwest edge of the permit area <br />which is owned by Diane Dunham. <br />None of these structures will be affected by the mining and processing operation shown in these <br />plans. <br />Berry Pit 3/02 38 <br />
