I. Objections: <br />The Division received one objection from Carl Williams on July 24, 2002. Information was sent to Mr. Williams, to <br />the address in Meeker, Colorado provided in his objection letter, on the process to be followed for a Pre -hearing <br />Conference. The Division's letter was returned to the Division stamped " Box Closed - Unable to Forward ". Mr. <br />Williams was later located in Lubbock, Texas and contacted by telephone. He stated that he owned property in <br />Meeker, but had not been there in two years. He also stated that he did not believe that he had written the letter, but <br />would like to see a copy of it. The Division has sent a copy of the letter and a withdrawal request form to Mr. <br />Williams, but since he has not formally withdrawn as an objector, as of the date that the Division must make a <br />recommendation to the Board, the staff has prepared this "Rational for Approval Over Objections". <br />Objections Received after the Public Comment Period: <br />No objections were received after the Public Comment Period. <br />Objections Withdrawn to Date: <br />No objections have been withdrawn to date. <br />2 <br />
