Noxious weeds on the A and B list of the Noxious Weed Act, <br /> if found on the site, will be controlled at the first opportunity effective control can be <br /> implemented. Weeds on the C list will be controlled if they are very dense and, of course, if they <br /> occur densely in revegetation areas. The method of control will be appropriate to the species as <br /> some species require herbicide treatment and others require simply mowing. Species on the B list <br /> will be strongly controlled, but not necessarily eliminated. Species on the A list will be <br /> eradicated, as required by law. <br /> Cross-Sections <br /> At the end of this exhibit are two representative cross-sections through the mining area <br /> that shows not only the mining area,but how the mining areas will interface with such adjacent <br /> or included features as the new proposed highway, the new Fountain Mutual Ditch, and other <br /> adjacent lands. Although the cross-section is the same as that in the mining plan, this more <br /> specifically presents the final reclamation topography. Please refer to Exhibit F-1 for the location <br /> of the cross-section.
