Box 881090 <br />Steamboat Springs, CO 80488 <br />Re: Notice that you have not posted a Financial and/or Performance Warranty for your approved Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board Permit Application, WRC West Pit, M-2014-063 <br />Dear Mr. Valentine: <br />The Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) has directed the Division to remind applicants when they have <br />not posted the required financial warranty and/or the performance warranty by the 9th month of the <br />application approval date. <br />As of the date of this notice, our records indicate that you have not posted the required warranty for your <br />approved Mined Land Reclamation Board permit, file No. M-2014-063. If you do not post the required <br />warranty by March 26, 2016, (365 days from the date your application was approved) you must be <br />scheduled for a Formal Board Hearing according to the provisions of Rule 4.1(2).
